At Skin Dialogue, your satisfaction is important to us, but due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-return policy for any opened product packages to ensure the integrity and safety of our products & our customers. Returns of Unopened Products
We accept returns only for products that remain unopened and are in their original packaging. If you wish to return an unopened item, you must do so within 30 days from the date of your purchase. Items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened products cannot be returned under any circumstances. Once the product's packaging has been opened, it cannot be returned.
- We do not accept exchanges or substitutions of any kind.
Process for Returning Unopened Products
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team at: support@skindialogue.com, providing your order number, details of the product, and reason for return.
2. Await confirmation and instructions for return shipping from our customer service team.
3. Ship the product back to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 2-3 business days.
